Annet Mahendru
Mahendru's parents were a Russian as well as a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluently in German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father and a Russian mother. In 2011, she devised choreography that gained her the privilege of appearing on German TV as an Russian snowmaiden. Then, she changed into another Indian dancer. She graduated from high school and was awarded a bachelor's degree from the Department of English in New York. In college, she attended acting classes in the HB Studio, but she moved on to study improvisation with the Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. Her story began at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). The family moved together with their father to East Meadow, New York when she was thirteen years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. Her role was a regular one in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
